Essential beddings are supplied as standard in all of our properties. This includes:
Pillow and Duvet
Bedsheet and covers
Bath and hand towels
If you need any extra, please request from our team (Extra charges and availability may apply)

Essential bathing products such as handwash, shampoo, body wash, and toilet rolls are supplied in each bathroom.
Please note, there will be a sufficient amount provided, you must replenish if you run out during your stay.
We do not provide any single use toothbrush, cups, slippers, or shower caps as part of our sustainable policy.

We try to standardise this across most of our properties so our guest can have a seamless experience. Unless advised otherwise, this is the wi-fi login:

We establish these rules to safeguard our properties, and neighbours. To keep it simple, there are only 5 to follow:

It is different for each property, but you will receive detailed message on your booking platform to advise with instructions for these common amenities:
Hot water
Heating
Appliance instructions
Rubbish disposal
Wi-fi, and other login credentials (if any)

Each property will have a different process for locking/ returning keys. However, the following procedures are common to all properties:
Turn off lights & other unused appliances.
Turn down radiator and close windows.
Tidy up trash and take them out to dispose.
Leave the property in the same state we’ve given to you.
Check the message on your booking platform for full specified instructions on key return/ locking of property.

Please visit the Pre check-in portal to request/purchase the add-on service. Please note that these are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the host.

Luggage Storage: We do not offer this on site but you can visit our Partners at Stasher to find various drop off locations in each city.
Additional Housekeeping: We do not normally offer in-house housekeeping for stays under 2 weeks. However, if you require this service, please reach out to the host to enquire and we will supply a quote for this service.
