Guest Access

You will have access to the entire house and the back garden.

Staycasa Accommodation is a professional team local to the area who can assist if you have any issues during your stay, but we will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace and quiet. Our office hours are 10:00AM - 18:00PM, 7 days a week, except on bank holidays. You can find our contact lines after completing your booking.


Other Important Details to Note

    1. No smoking inside the premises.

    2. Pets are not allowed.

    3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests).

    4. No parties, loud music or events allowed.

    5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.

    6. Minimum age to book is 22.

    7. Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access.

    8. Breaking any of the house rule will result in penalty charge. Happy to answer any further questions!

  • Damage deposits are pre-authorised via Debit/ Credit Card 3 days before your arrival date, and released up to 3 days after your departure upon satisfactory inspection.

    Violations of any house rules will result in the deposit being forfeited.

    Access cannot be granted without completion of both Pre Check-in Form and Security Deposit.
