The property does not come with an allocated parking space, however, there is paid parking on the nearby Hulme Street and other SIP parking less than 5-minutes’ walk away.
Major bus routes run along the nearby Oxford Road with frequent timings.
The property is conveniently located with only a short walk to all amenities, theatre, university and city centre.

You will have access to the entire apartment and the balcony. We will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace and quiet. If you need us, you can call or message us at any time.

Pets are not allowed.
Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests).
No parties, loud music or events allowed.
Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
Minimum age to book is 22.
Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access.

There is a £300.00 Damage Deposit for this booking. It is pre-authorised via Debit/ Credit Card 3 days before your arrival date, and released up to 3 days after your departure upon satisfactory inspection.
Violations of any house rules will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Access cannot be granted without completion of both Pre Check-in Form and Security Deposit.

SPAR Oxford Road, 2 Oxford Rd, Manchester M1 5QA (5 minute walk). The store is open 24 hours a day for convenient arrival and departures. Collection code is provided 1 day before arrival.
