APR-AUG 2025: Ongoing cladding work surrounding our window and balcony. Balcony door is locked for safety reasons. While there's a small opening for ventilation, access is restricted to prevent climbing onto the scaffolding.

Our property is located in the heart of Ancoats, a vibrant and central neighborhood in Manchester. The property is surrounded by canals in every direction, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere.
Despite its peaceful location, 2 Lampwick Ln is also perfectly accessible. The property is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, and it is also close to both bus and Metrolink stops. This makes it easy to get around the city and explore all that Manchester has to offer.

You will have access to the entire apartment and the balcony.

Damage deposits are pre-authorised via Debit/ Credit Card 3 days before your arrival date, and released up to 3 days after your departure upon satisfactory inspection.
Violations of any house rules will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Access cannot be granted without completion of both Pre Check-in Form and Security Deposit.
