5 Simple Rules to follow
These rules are set to ensure all residence can stay with peace and comfort, actions will be taken by management if anyone is found violating the rules.

This applies to cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, and other recreational gases

No Pets allowed
The apartment block does not allow pets such as cats or dogs. For other pets, please check with management.

No additional guests
No extra guest unless approved by management.
Any non-staying visitors must also be declared.

No parties or loud music
No parties, loud music, or events should be held at the property to prevent disturbances caused to neighbours/ community.

Follow Quiet Hours
Quiet Hours are between 22:00 - 08:00. Noise levels for music, chatters, other machinery should be kept to a minimum.
